How to bring about tangible changes in your people's development at a reasonable cost - without taking them away from their desks for a whole day. How to make this training impactful, fun, challenging, memorable, transferable and make the learnings stick?
The luxury of a full development day is perfect if your participants can spare the time and you have the budget; this is a real challenge for organisations today. You want to develop your people - the business needs them to be delivering. You need learners to learn behavioural skills and integrate them.
.
We challenged ourselves to produce a powerful, practical and cost-effective solution to this learning & development dichotomy. We've taken the unique talents of Mark Huggins Coaching and our sister business Corporate Drama and have developed an exciting new solution.
. Your participants leave a Learn-Bites module with the knowledge, behaviours and skills they need to immediately integrate behavioural change successfully. Learn-Bites are dynamic, practical, very affordable and they work!
Learn-Bites deliver transformational development at a cost of less than £84 per-head (Ex VAT) Public Sector Organisations receive a 20% discount on this price. This gives your people the very best development experience, gives you the very best ROI and gives the business more productivity.
All Learn-Bites modules are practical, challenging, fun and 100% focussed on understanding and implementing behavioural change.
Learn-Bites are a cost-effective modular learning system, and can also be used as an impactful refresher of behavioural skills learnt on previous development programmes.
Each Learn-Bite is designed to focus specifically on the key behavioural skills needed to set your people up for success. Every Learn-Bite is designed to engage both hearts and minds by exploring why learners should develop these behavioural skills -
together with tried and tested models and theory. Then the focus of the Learn-Bite is on practicing these new skills in the safety and support of the training room.
We split the Learn-Bite group into two. Each subgroup is lead by a facilitator/role-player. Every participant has a 1-2-1 role-play scenario to develop their confidence and skills.
Each participant role-plays opposite a professional business role-player, receiving confidence building motivational and developmental feedback from their peers and the facilitator/role-player.
Learn-Bites maximises each participant's learning in just two hours. The participants take away the stuff they need to know, and how to do it.
You select the Learn-Bites appropriate to your learners needs. We can deliver 4 x 2-hour Learn-Bite modules per day or 2 x 3-hour Learn-Bite modules per day. We can even mix 2 and 3 hour Learn-Bite modules in a single day. You chose what works best for you and your people.
You can mix your Learn-Bites topics and skill levels or have a whole day of the same bite topic - so, you can develop up to 24 people in a core skill in just one day and at less than £84 per head (Ex VAT) Public Sector Organisations 20% discount applicable.
Your participants each receive a workbook with a small amount of pre-course reading to do (Four pages maximum). This enables the concepts, theories and models to be assimilated in advance of the Learn-Bite module. The remainder of the workbook is for individual learnings and feedback to be recorded.
Each Learn-Bite day is led by two highly experienced professional facilitator/role-players. Our Learn-Bite team biographies are below.
